First of all we want to wish all our customers HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!

Due to the high volume of emails and requests we decided to structure given the priorities, all the incoming mail. Thats means that we are offering now a more organized Contact Us form, divided into 4 criterias: Product Informations, Get a Free Quote, Customer Support and Update Requests. We hope to make it all more easier and simple for the customers and also to maintain the same productivity and quality level of our products and surely of our Support System. This is only one of the changes planned for this year. More to come!

We also made some minor changes to the shopping process, mostly just regarding the look and feel. Hope that the returning customers will like it even more. The updated "How to Buy Guide" describes the whole process and toghether with the Customer FAQ everybody can understand the complete process. This represents actually another proof to our involvment and care towards the customer. The support offered from the start and continued with the usage, stands for the qualtiy of the services we are offering.

Another year is almost at it's ends. Since we are constantly trying to improve our products and maintain a high standard of quality, we launched for the last month the following new versions of our products:

The new version 1.5.0 of Auction Factory was released today, the  3. November, 2008. It includes various additions, like the long waited Commissions Plugin and also new features like Shipping Price. Also a new addition is the TAGS Cloud module (available only under J! 1.5.x). Surely we fixed also all the know issues involving proxy bidding, CRON under legacy mode, etc.

You can check exactly the new version on our demo server available under http://auctions.thefactory.ro   There we provide access not only from the frontend as several users, but also on the back-end as administrator. Feel free to test as you please since the demo-server resets itself each hour.

Starting with the 1.1 version, the Reverse Auction Extension is supporting also Joomla 1.5.x Legacy Mode. For more details about this component please check the product page. Also dont forget to check our Demo Server where the extension can be tested from the frontend but also from the backend. The Demo Server will resets itself each hour.

The update 1.1 is free of charge for all our existing customers that aquired the 1.0 version of the Reverse Auction Factory Extension. In order to obtain the new kit please read our Customer FAQ's and follow the instructions.

Today it's been exactly one year since we launched one of our exquisite component of the Joomla Community: Auction Factory. Back then, the whole development, including testing, took us over a year. After releasing, we continued to improve constantly the product and maintaining it at the top level. Here we would like also to express our gratitude to all the users which provided us constructive feedback. Now, after exactly one year since the official release, the Auction Factory Component has become not only the Auction Solution when it comes to Joomla, but also a real alternative to other PHP Solutions available.

Since the launch of RSS Factory Pro the huge interest around this product and the curiosity that rised regarding the new additions to our free flagship product -Rss Factory- convinced us of the necessity of a demo site for this Extension.  The brand New demo site based on Joomla 1.5.6 wants not only to be a presentation site for RSSFactory PRO, but is an example on how to implement this Component in order to increase the SEO.
