The Joomla Native auctioning system - Auction Factory -  is evolving every month. In 2009 we did add each month new features and tweaks to our Auction Suite. Keeping Auction Factory up to date and not loosing your customizations is easy to do thanks to the templating system we included in our extension.
There were several features added in the last versions that were demanded by our user community.
Unlimited category levels,  differentiated commission percentages for different usergroups, BIN only Auctions, Configurable shipping zones and prices.
One huge step was made by adding custom fields to Auctions and User Profiles, and a simplified  templating system, by grouping fields to positions and publishing those positions wherever the administrator needs them in the frontend display. Still there is the possibility to change any part of the frontend templates, the field positions are just means to simplify the life of our users.
Having added the BIN only auction type and the price suggestion, Auction factory becomes much more versatile and an alternative to multi vendor eShop systems. The interaction between the buyer and the seller - by suggesting an alternative price for the item(s) allows participants to get the best price for their on sale items and to have the thrill of real time bargaining.

Auction Factory is a mature and well grown e-commerce extension for Joomla that helps the webmaster to control the way he will earn commission and how the extension looks.

Raffle Factory 1.1.1

Raffle Factory comes as a niche product to provide more power to our eCommerce Extension Suite.

A raffle is a competition in which people buy numbered tickets. Originating in southern Italy, it is a popular game in numerous countries and is often held to raise funds for a specific event, charity, or occasion.
The raffle involves many people buying tickets for a chance to win a certain prize or prizes. At a set date, the winners are drawn from a bucket containing a copy of every number or a tombola (from Italian: tombola).
The ticket is then checked against a collection of prizes with numbers attached to them.

A raffle also often involves several different possible prizes that can be won and a ticket will simply be drawn from the group at random for each of the prizes one by one.

Building a Raffle website with Joomla and Raffle Factory is easy and can be customized as pleased through the simple templating system that is implemented in the extension. Users can pay for the tickets through paypal or moneybookers (or a different customized payment gateway) and can follow the raffle throughout its development. Users can see how many tickets were bought, and administrators can set up a three stage winner draw - narrowing the list in three stages and increasing the suspense of the outcome.
Winners can be chosen automatically by the extension, or the ticket list can be exported in order to have an official  draw in the presence of a notary.
Ticket number can be limited or without limit, and you can set up a minimum number of tickets in order to start the draw.

Media Mall 1.0.2

MediaMall provides is a powerful solution to manage media files online distribution with a built-in Credit System. Using this component the site can easily sell media files online, like for ex. Video Tutorials (including sample files).

Using the MediaMall solution users can post their media files on your site. For each media file a number of Credits can be perceived in order to visualize the file. The poster will earn credits, which can be later converted into a payment by the webmaster. Accepted media file formats are:

    * video files (flw, swf, mov and wmf; avi files are also partially
             supported, but not all codecs are included.)
    * audio files (mp3)
    * archives (zip, rar, gz, bz2, arj, arc, '7z) - used generely for

Briefcase Factory 1.6.0 - Document storage and sharing solution

Briefcase Factory is the only Joomla equivalent for Yahoo's Briefcase - A new approach to document and file sharing.

The user interface is intuitive and uses AJAX for several operations, therefore no page reloads to slow down your work. You can ADD more than one file at a time; number can be set in admin backend. The uploaded Files  can be SHARED with one user, more than one user, all users, or with the public (registered and unregistered users).

If you uploaded some files in the wrong folder you can always MOVE them as you please. Files can be assigned to several Categories (configurable in the  admin backend) and the category can also be changed after the upload. Create Folders where you like, even folder in folder.
Files Shared for Me by other users are accesible under a separte area and there is also a separate area for Public Shared Files, where any visitor can view or download files.
 
Logged on as administrator you can access ALL the Files uploaded by all users on your system. You can search after certain terms or filter one particular user. Any file can be deleted, renamed or you can change it's Category.As admin you can upload files per ftp and import them in Briefcase Factory - making sharing of large files much more easy to manage.

Starting with version 1.6 all Community Builder integration plugins are included for free with the standard version of Briefcase Factory.

Most websites have valueable and unique content that webmasters share with their subscribers. In our hasty world users do not always click on links in newsletters, so many webmasters include a preview of the content or a PDF with the main articles in it.

PDF can contain active links that lead users to sites of interest or to content items in your site, and can be read online and offline…

eBook Factory provides the structure of an eBook to your PDF, including the cover (image or HTML), introduction, index, acknowledgements, copyright, and Table of Contents (with page numbers) Your articles become Chapters in your eBook, featuring multi columnar display and including pictures and hyperlinks. Settable from eBook properties are font styles and sizes. Chapter headers and Page number font can be set sepparately. You can add your Virtuemart or Auction Factory pages as eBook content too and create eShop presentation PDFs automatically. Say for instance you want to create an electronic Catalogue out of your products in your Virtuemart eCommerce shop. All you have to do is add Categories or individual Items into an eBook and by rendering all products in that category will be pulled in your catalogue. You can fully control the way your catalogue looks by editing the templates handling the Virtuemart plugin. These are simple HTML files that can be edited without any PHP knowledge whatsoever.

Page formats can be choosen from “Common” sizes like “A4”,”Letter”,”A5” etc, or can be set custom.

Metric and English measuring System can be used. The Cover image can be uploaded for each eBook individual – This way you can create individual adapted books.

New from version 1.1.0 are Password protected PDF – so you can share your files only with the right users, and PDF locking – a way to protect your PDF from being altered by a third party.
