I’m getting lots of error messages after installing 1.6.9 build(full kit not upgrade)

The new build was requested last week have these issues been resolved yet.

That cleared all the notices thanks.
I still have one more error, when i click new auction I get this error

Internet explorer can not open this internet site
Http://localhost/xxxxx/index.php?options=com_bids&task=newauction&itemid=13
operation aborted

It only happens with internet explorer.
