Hi,

i have red at least ten times upgrade instructions few topics above.

1. I did uploaded to ROOT files from Factory_Ugrade_Core.zip
2. I did uploaded file Auction_Factory_Upgrade_Patches_1.6.5.zip, and renamed it to Auction_Factory_1.6.5.zip so as upgrade script could see the source.
3. I did uploaded extracted files to ROOT
4. Than I change permissions to directory media

After that I started upgrade and when it comes to Database upgrade I get the warning message: Warning: copy(/home2/gitkspro/public_html/media/install_4b991ec98bd8e/bids.xml) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/gitkspro/public_html/Factory.upgrade.class.php on line 133

5. And I get info: " Step 4.   Database upgraded
    Step 5.   Finish.."

6. Than I go to Joomla administratio, then Factory and i can see info than my Factory version is still 1.6.0. WTF?

I tried upgrade first on WinXP. Nothing help. Why if Windows XP have no such file access restrictions like Linux? Than I installed Joomla and Factory on Linux server I host and again the same problem.

What do I do wrong?

I am not the customer. I work for client who bought Factory lately and my job is to install it and configure it the way he needs. He sent me by email all files which to he has an access as he legally bought your software.

Files i get are:
Auction_Factory_1.6.0.zip
Auction_Factory_Upgrade_Patches_1.6.0.zip
Auction_Factory_Upgrade_Patches_1.6.5.zip
Auction_Factory_Upgrade_Patches_1.6.8.zip
Auction_Factory_Upgrade_Patches_1.6.9.zip
Factory_Ugrade_Core.zip

I tried install first 1.6.5 beacuse I thought that right upgrade order does matter.

Do I need any other files?! Let me know if yes I will contact with your customer and let him know as I have no access to this files.

btw. I change file name case If not I get the message:
The file Auction_Factory_1.6.9.zip is not found or not uploaded! Please upload the new Kit in the root of the site

What Kit I need? I upload upgrade core, upgrade bids, what kit is it? Where from can I get it?

I see that in update request is form field named: Licensed Website,
does it mean that If I developing Factory on other domain that was registered than I will not be able to make upgrade?

My client, and your customer have sent upgrade request. Ticket id is 13605. Please handle these request ASAP. How it works? You will send neccessery upgrade KIT via email?
