Hi,
Unregistrated I can not see the actual error. This sounds like an IE error generated by some javascript dom error. You could have some module assigned to that page that does some errors in IE. What IE are you testing on?

I put "public" from the main menu so you can see the failure: http://www.absinforma.com I'm really exhausted, I've been literally glued to the computer since I purchased the component and I am unable to work. I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

I still have no access . The new auction is a registered area by definition. My advice is to try to unpublish the slideshow module and verify then if still encounter errors. If yes, fix a super admin account and writting permissions to the component and send to support so I can take a look directly to the source. Sorin

It is impossible. Continuing with the same error. I could include two auctions but again is the same. In the attached image shows you the errors. Thank you. I bought your component and I need to hold the first auction in just over 24 hours. I need lots of help from The Factory. Never thought I'd give so much trouble to install. Greetings.

I can not replicate the error you report on our local servers. The javascript issues that happen in your site configuration apparently is caused by some other modules on your site. Pls prepare and send to support a super admin account and writting permissions to component files so I can inspect the issues locally.

I ve just posted a couple of auctions on your site in IE8. Perhaps you are encountering some stored cache issues. Purge the browser cache so you can remove the old javascript stored by your browser. Sorin

Your component works in firefox, but does not work in IE7.
The Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is the most used browser and you can not sell a product that does not work here.
I hope your news.

"I' ve just posted a couple of auctions on your site in IE8." - Not Firefox. I' ve tried to post in IE7 but you have disabled the account you posted here. In IE6 you can not log in in your site. Cache can be deleted if you press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL while focused on the browser. Select the temporary files and hit CTRL + F5. Your advertising modules are doing some javascript issues and a way of testing that is unpublishing them each by each to see which of them is causing your issue.

I work on an iMac with Boot Camp installed on Mac Operating system and Windows XP.
I can not install the Vista operating system because I work with unsupported Lutus applications. Nor do I install the Servie Pack 3 of Windows XP because Windows is not compatible with Boot Camp. Therefore I can not install the IE8 and I have to work with the version of IE7. Mostly used browser among users of my site.
To add auctions I've had to do with the installation and use of Firefox.
Tonight at 00.00 prier will activate the auction and see what happens.
Now proceed to activate your account Superaministrador again.
Greetings.
