Hi! My thumbnails are not resizing correctly. ie instead of filling out the 100x100 allowed it is as if I need to precrop all my photos square before uploading otherwise they fill only 3/4 of the box if they are originally rectangular? See 1st thumbnail in attached document.  Have i done something wrong?  Thank you very much
