The LEFTTIME is not correct for eBay Deutschland.
The solution is:
Edit helper.php (\modules\mod_ebaybids\helper.php)
Add at the line 444 among other tags (for example at the end):  "  MESZ", " mesz"

The result is:
return str_replace(array(" CET", " cet", " CEST", " cest", " MEZ", " mez"," PDT" , " pdt"," PST", " pst"," BST" , " bst", " GMT", " gmt"," AEST" , " aest", " AEDST", " aedst"," EST", " est", "  MESZ", " mesz"), "", $date);
