Ticket System issues! On 25 - 29 November we experienced issues with our ticket System, which was sending unwanted emails on his own to multiple users. We apologize for receiving unwanted emails, this was by far not our intention and was the result of the recent update to the latest available version of the ticket system in use. In order to avoid any issues we recomand to erase all created support accounts and if issues will persists to contact us again. If during this period, any of your ticket request got lost on the way please dont hesitate in contacting us again. Thank you!
