Q:
I'm not able to find the menu. What can i do?
A:
Like in the product description the component comes togheter with a Module Menu. This is installed automatically when the component is installed. Go to the Joomla Backend, modules and there you have to
Publish it.
You can choose on what pages it will be visible. Do not forget also to check the component settings. Accourding to them to registred or unregistred users, the uploadlink will be visible in the above mentioned menu module.
Q:
I copied the files on the FTP, but i cannot rate them. Am I doing something wrong.
A:
Files should be uploaded using the
Upload
function available in the Menu Module. Also do not forget to check the component settings, to set up a directory and demanded informations on upload.

Large Image Files

Large Image Files
If you are having any issues uploading a large image files (ex. 10 MB) then check the memory size of the PHP.
This is a issue generated by PHP itself.
Resizing
for ex. a 6MB image
requires a lot of memory!!!
If your server is set to to use only 22MB then a "out of memory" error is thrown.
The best solution is to resize the photos before upload to a more optimal size.
You could also try to modify the memory_limit variable in the php.ini, setting it to a big value. But this way, it will require a lot of work for the CPU, making your site run poorly.
