I've just finished the Dutch translation for LF 2.4.0
If someone might find some odd translations, please let me know

I have a these problems with the translation in other languages :

1) I translated the file "en-GB.com_lovefactory.ini" in Italian naming him "it-IT.com_lovefactory.ini" (attached).
I uploaded the file successfully in the "/ language / it-IT" (see image), but although the language "it-IT" is active in the backend (see image), when I go in the frontend, Italian version, everything is still in English (see image).

2) How can I translate the definitions of the fields? eg. those for the search? In order to have them in the language chosen by the user?

The fields can be translated from the component, from the field's page.

Make sure you set "Show translation fields" to "Yes" from settings -> General tab -> General fieldset
