Really odd. There are a whole lot of sign ups from hotmail accounts, and yet none of them has logged in to add profile.

I tested using a hotmail account, and I did not receive the email. For other forms with joomla clients we generally customise the forms we make, and they are no problem, so it does not appear to be hotmail rejecting them, in fact our logs show a successful send.

Working with Hotmail has failed to resolve the issue

Is there something I am missing here? Is any one else having the same problem?

Use Joomla's registration, but require Profile Fillin

Yes. I found the registration process using Override Joomla's reg and use love fact reg did not work correctly for me - module Love Factory System Plugin was turned on too

thanks - yes the I can see thru the mail logs, that the email is accepted by hotmail, but they are just being delivered

I have just tried changing the sign up thru the lovefactory override and still no email going to hotmail

I have tried talking with hotmail and all they do is say, join this system and join that system - they are being fairly non cooperative and seem to think the emails are being sent thru some mail list - I cannot get thru to them and make them understand

I have at least 100 forms running on my dedicated server and every other form is getting thru - the server IP is not on any anti-spam list

It is getting most frustrating cause a good 15% of sign ups to the site are using hotmail accounts
