I just installed Media Mall Factory on my site. I have some problems. When users click on "browse media" there is only one category that appears, then on your demo, a list of categories appears. Then when the users are registered, they can upload their video or image, but it does not appear either on my website or in media of the administration for approval.

I dont have any problem at all. I deleted your post. Do not make public any licensing information else your license will be revoked.
You received very simple instructions. Either use the forum under the account that made the purchase or use the customer support form available on the contact us page.
I also dont see any connection with the component price here. Especially that we are running very low with them. Try developing them, and you will pay thousands of Euro, so paying 100-200 for a component is almost nothing. Also the price is not significant. The rules of support are very simple. All customers are helped to solve their issues as long as they are able to identify them selves as valid customers. Please follow the proceedings and everything will be ok.
