Errors when installing Raffle Factory

i just buy and try to install Raffle Factory and this errors came up. Please help ...

The component has installed a sample Raffles menu. You can publish it or delete it if not needed. it can be also re-installed later from component administration
All needed modules for Raffle Factory are automatically installed
You must Publish them from Module administration.
CB plugins not installed - (CB seems to be missing) - you can install them later on from Raffle Factory Settings

Hi,
Check your component manager as the component might be installed. The CB notices are in case you don't use CB Profiler.

Hi,
It' s not really an error.
There are just some notices telling that directories can not be made (because there were allready created ) and a notice telling you that you don't use CB and the CB plugins were not copyied.
If Raffle installed succesfully than the notices are just plain informative.

I did what is said but I have always the error in the configuration. I do not know what to do I am disappointed to have to buy this feature ... especially at this price so that in fact it does not

What errors do you have? this is not clearly....
Errors like
C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla/components/com_bids/cb_plugins/ could not be made
ARE NOT RELATED TO THE COMPONENT !!!
It's all about missing rights for apache and directories are not able to be created on install.
Please read carefully this warnings since they indicate themselves sometimes what the issue is. In this case without rights on the server, none of the complicated components for joomla will work.
Also i recommend you to request an update for the 1.1.0 version which has a custom fields feature you may find very useful.

I error is that when I go to Raffle / Setting and I click on "General Setting" it deprive me from the top of joomla and it gives an error php I have a copy of my srceen, I dont have the toolbar Joomla when i clic on it
you say you have version 1.1 then you give me the download link to Version 1.0.1

i must ask this because i still have found problem (level security and can not install cb module), when try to install raffle on other website.

Hi,
Do you have the component installed?
Check your components admin menu to see this.
Regarding the CB notices:
Do you use Community Builder?
The reason of the notices (not errors) could be either the inexistence of the Community Builder component or no writing permissions to the com_comprofiler/plugin/user/ directories.
Those are just common installing notices that announces you on progress and no security is been affected by this.
Still you can install by your self plugins for CB in the Community Builder Pluggin Manager.
If Raffle installs or not , the notices are just concerning CB plugins for the described reasons.
If you do have CB installed and the permission issue is present you can install by your self the plugins (as every CB plugin).

If the server has no extra modified settings, usually this is the
templates
and
template/cache folder
In any way if a directory or file is not writable you receive a notice from joomla.

"cron setting"
CRON is a server service.

What steps?! The component is like any other component. Install, configure the settings and this is all.
If you want you can adapt the template any way you like. For this you will find also documentation on our page
