Hi
when i`m changing the setting i`m getting this msg
Settings file not writable. Could not save settings!

i checked the error log
PHP Warning:  chmod() [<a href='function.chmod'>function.chmod</a>]: Operation not permitted in administrator/components/com_rssfactory_pro/models/settings.php on line 16

i have changed the permission of settings.php to 777,but still i`m getting this error??
