We dont specify in our source the width of the overlib.

I'm having exactly the same problem, and I haven't figured out how to fix it yet. The PHP code in rss2image seems to access the CSS file in the RSS factory component. It's setting the width to 350 pixels:

div#overDiv{
    width:350px;
}

For RSS factory, the mouseover area seems to be about 350 pixels wide. However it isn't working for rss2image. The area is only about 50-60 pixels wide.
