• When paying through PayPal or Moneybookers (Skrill) the download-link email will be sent after a manual checkup of the payment. Please note that we are trying to process that as soon as possible, but take also under consideration our time zone (GMT +2) and working days. From certain countries, due to a certain amount of fraud attempts, we reserve ourselves the right not to accept the PayPal payment. In this cases we will refund the payment and ask for a credit card payment.
• When paying by credit card the client will receive automatically the download-link email after the transaction was validated (if they are no problems this process should take only a couple of minutes). In some cases it's possible that the payment processor will ask for further details in order to validate the transaction. This steps are necessary in order to avoid any fraud attempts. Follow here please, all received directions from the payment processor.
• When paying by bank wire the download-link email will be sent only after receiving the confirmation from the bank that the money entered the account! If you are in a hurry to obtain a certain product, then please use the credit card payment method or Paypal, since bank-wire transactions may take a couple of days. Please note also, that regarding bank-wire payments, all transaction fees will have to be covered by the client. We reserve the right not to deliver if only partial payments are made.

After finishing the payment process the customer will receive the download-link email at the provided email address from his Factory user profile. Also an email with the invoice will be automatically issued by our shop. Please check also your Spam-folder.

Due to security reasons the download-link will expire after five days and is available for download only a single time. If you encounter any problems with the download then please use the Update request form available on the Contact Us page to request a new download-link. To avoid any issues do not use any download-manager software. The new download-link will then be issued as soon as possible after a manual validation (please take under consideration our time zone GMT +2 and working days).

In order to a acquire a license for a product check the page product page. There you will have the "Buy Now!" option or "Add this to my Cart" if you are planning to acquire several products. You must be logged in as a registered user. By clicking the your username available in the same user login module, you will be able to edit your user details. Please note that you have to fill in your data correctly since this is used for the order!

The Cart is always accessible through the User Login Module available on top of the browser screen. With a simple click you will go then to the Cart page.
